Orders
- Items purchased will not be shipped until full payment has been received/cleared.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders received and refund any monies paid at our earliest convenience.
Refunds/Returns

unds are available only if items are returned to us unused, in same condition as sent, and in original, undamaged packaging.
Defective items - full refunds (including postage) will be issued upon receipt of defective items, please contact us first to discuss options.
All returns must receive authorisation prior to return.
